What we collect
We collect only the personal details needed to plan and book your travel, such as your name, contact information, travel preferences, and traveler documentation when required by suppliers.
What we never do
We never sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
Paying for your trip
You pay the cruise line or supplier directly, on their schedule. OMV Travel does not hold your money.
Cards on file
We store a payment card only when you ask us to keep one on file. It is encrypted, only your OMV advisor can retrieve it to pay a supplier on your behalf, and every access is recorded. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
How your details are kept
Your details are kept in protected systems and used solely to serve your travel needs.
Seeing or removing your information
You may request to review or remove your information at any time by contacting us. Write to us or call 210-740-5640 and ask for the privacy request desk.
