Group travel questions, answered straight

How many people count as a group?
On most cruise lines, 8 cabins (about 16 guests). At most resorts, 10 rooms, and some start group perks at 5. Under those numbers we still link every reservation so your party travels together, dines together, and is never split up.
Do my guests pay separately?
Yes. Every traveler or household books into the group with their own deposit and their own payment plan. The organizer never collects money or fronts the trip, and we send the reminders so you never have to chase anyone.
How far ahead should we start?
Destination weddings: 12 to 18 months. Reunions, milestone trips, and group cruises: 9 to 14 months. Group space is limited and the best cabins and room categories go first, so earlier always means more choice and better perks.
What does it cost to use OMV for a group?
The group perks and rates come from the suppliers, and our planning is built into the trip the same way as any OMV booking. For larger groups a planning deposit holds the space, is quoted up front, and converts to a trip credit for your group leader when the group comes together.
Do you book the flights too?
We plan the whole trip: rooms or cabins, transfers, tours, insurance, and air where it makes sense. For most groups, individual flights beat airline group contracts, and we will tell you honestly which is right for yours.
