Cruise lines and resorts reward the person who brings everyone together. On most lines the group ratio builds a travel credit as your numbers grow, and resort blocks can earn room credits. If you are the one your family, church, club, or crew already trusts to plan things, that reward belongs to you.

Whatever your group earns is written into a simple leader agreement before marketing starts, so it is never a handshake.

What makes a good group leader?

Standing in a community and the will to invite it. Pastors, coaches, club presidents, the cousin who always plans the reunion. If people already ask you where to go, you qualify.

What does it cost to start?

A planning deposit of $250 (or $500 for destination weddings and corporate trips) holds the space and the perks. It is not a fee: it converts to credit on your own trip when the group reaches the supplier minimum.

Am I on the hook if people drop out?

No. We favor block styles with no attrition risk for social groups, and we manage the release deadlines so unsold space goes back to the supplier before penalties exist.
