Friends and affinity groups

Travel with your people

Wine clubs, alumni chapters, faith groups, dance studios, the annual girls trip that outgrew a beach house. When a community travels together, the suppliers roll out perks an individual booking never sees.

The group ratio

The classic ratio can help fund the organizer or discount the whole crew. River cruises often run richer, and your advisor confirms what a given sailing earns.

Private

Space on board

From reserved lounges to your own excursion bus at size, an affinity group moves like a VIP.

Our club has a hundred members. Realistic?
Very. Larger affinity groups charter sections of river ships or take substantial blocks on ocean ships, with function space negotiated in.
What does the organizer actually earn?
Most lines build a credit as the group grows, and it belongs to the organizer to take or share. What it comes to depends on the line, the sailing, and the final group size, so your advisor confirms it in writing before anyone markets the trip. See Lead a Group.
