What does it cost to use you?
Nothing. Cruise lines pay a commission out of the fare, and that fare is the same whether you book through us or on your own. No planning fee, no markup.
If it is free, what is the catch?
There is not one, but here is the honest version: we are paid when you book, so we want you to sail. What we do not want is you on the wrong ship, because unhappy clients do not come back and this business runs on people coming back.
Will you call me if I fill in a form?
Not unless you ask. We reply by email. If you would rather talk, say so and give us a good time.
What if the price drops after I book?
We watch it. If your fare drops before final payment, we re-fare the booking and you keep the difference. You do not have to notice it yourself.
What happens if something goes wrong while I am sailing?
You contact us and we deal with the line, so you are not the one on hold at a port with a problem. We are on call while you travel.
Who do I pay?
The cruise line, directly, on their deposit and final-payment schedule. We never hold your money.
Can you match a price I found online?
Usually, because we book the same inventory. Send the screenshot. Where we cannot match it we say so plainly, and often the difference is a fare that excludes something.
I have never cruised. Is that a problem?
It is the opposite. First-time cruisers are who this service is for, and the Cruise Matcher is the easiest place to start.
